Audel has a compassionate way of holding space for people who are struggling with life's experiences. She is open-minded, kind-hearted, and will take the time to get to know you and customize your experience to your own needs providing you with the skills, knowledge and support needed to heal oneself and live a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

​Audel has her Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is also a Certified Somatic Practitioner. Audel has a certification in Grief Support from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Grief Educator. Audel also holds a certification in Mindfulness-based Ecotherapy which uses nature as a metaphor, teacher, and guide. Audel has combined her education and experiences to provide a safe space for people to explore how their bodies and minds are connected finding balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, in turn leading to more inner peace and improved quality of life.

Audel is not a licensed therapist or any kind of medical specialist and works under the education listed above along with many years experience using some of these modalities and working through her own physical and mental health issues. The process of life can take multiple providers and Audel has no problem referring people to other specialties as needed.

The client experience is important to Audel. Learning to heal yourself takes time, patience and practice. Audel asks that her clients do their homework and practice the modalities between sessions. Audel believes that with practice a person can change their mindset, which in turn heals the physical and leads to a healthier lifestyle and more positive outlook.

Audel believes in the power of nature, sound/vibrations, meditation/prayer, moving the body, and daily, weekly, monthly, yearly self care! And when nothing seems to be working, dance it out!
